This app is designed for measuring the power, speed, and duration of punches in a professional manner. It offers real values with high accuracy, enabling users to track their progress effectively.

How does it work?

 <li>To record a punch, firmly grip the iPhone and execute the punch. The app captures the punch motion from an inertial frame of reference using data from the gyroscope and accelerometer, saving the punch details for analysis.</li>
 <li>All information regarding the punch, including speed, acceleration, distance, power, duration, and reaction time, is displayed for the user.</li>
 <li>A graph illustrating the speed and various punch metrics such as acceleration and power is provided. Users can observe how their punch accelerates and view important metrics like peak acceleration.</li>
 <li>Users have the option to record multiple punches for comparison purposes or to share their results with others.</li>
 <li>The app allows users to select their preferred units (e.g., kilograms or pounds, kilometers per hour or meters per second) based on individual preferences.</li>

 <li>The application may not function properly on iPhone 4S, resulting in potentially incorrect speed measurements. However, duration and reaction time data remain accurate on this device. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use iPhone 5 models or later.</li>
 <li>The app's speed measurement error typically does not exceed 5%, ensuring reliable data for users. The maximum acceleration is around 16g, with power calculations based on a specific formula considering the user's skill level, punch speed, and mass. Providing accurate mass input yields more precise results.</li>
